Ingredients
- Mâche salad
- 1 Bartlett Pear (or any ripe slightly firm pear)
- Candied Pecans
- Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
- Blue Cheese (Saint Agur)
Method
- Toss the mâche salad with the vinaigrette dressing to lightly coat the leaves.
- Core and thinly slice the pear, and layout over the dressed salad
- Crumble the blue cheese over the pears
- Garnish with candied pecan nuts
- Drizzle lightly with more of the vinaigrette.
