1 oz Sweet Red Vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
2 dashes Angostora bitters
1 Maraschino Cherry, home made
Combine ingredients in a shaker over whole ice cubes and stir until icy cold. Do not shake this classic cocktail to avoid making a foamy, cloudy drink; it should be clear and cold. Serve in an chilled martini glass. Garnish with a homemade Maraschino Cherry. Do not demean the cocktail with a commercial red dyed cherry, it is too easy to make your own.
