Jicama Citrus Salad | Peri's Place For Recipes

Marinate ate least 4 hours


8 to 12oz jicama 
5 tbsp orange juice 
6 tbsp grapefruit juice 
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated grapefruit peel
1/4 tsp salt
2 pinches cayenne pepper (optional)
1-2 tbsp cilantro leaves roughly chopped, 
1 or 2 oranges, segmented (click here to see instructions)
1 grapefruit, segmented 
4 large red radishes, sliced super thin


  1. Peel and cube jicama  1/4 inch thick.
  2. Zest citrus
  3. Segment citrus
  4. chop cilantro
  5. slice radishes
  6. Juice citrus
  7. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and refrigerate covered for at least 4 hours.

Good to Know

This salad just keeps getting better. Very refreshing.
