Ingredients
8 to 12oz jicama
5 tbsp orange juice
6 tbsp grapefruit juice
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated grapefruit peel
1/4 tsp salt
2 pinches cayenne pepper (optional)
1-2 tbsp cilantro leaves roughly chopped,
1 or 2 oranges, segmented (click here to see instructions)
1 grapefruit, segmented
4 large red radishes, sliced super thin
Method
- Peel and cube jicama 1/4 inch thick.
- Zest citrus
- Segment citrus
- chop cilantro
- slice radishes
- Juice citrus
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and refrigerate covered for at least 4 hours.
