Ingredients

Egg Yolks Sugar Cream* Brandy or Cognac Vanilla
12 2 Cups / 400 g 1 Cup / 100 g 3 1/4 Cups / 750 ml 2 tsp / 10 g
6 1 Cup / 200 g 1/2 Cup / 50 g 1 1/2 Cups / 375 ml 1 tsp / 5 g
4 2/3 Cup / 132 g 1/3 Cup / 33 g 1 Cup / 250 ml 1/2 tsp / 2.5 g
3 1/2 Cup / 100 g 1/4 Cup / 25 g 3/4 Cup / 190 ml 1/2 tsp /2.5 g
2 1/3 Cup / 66 g 3 Tbsp / 17 g 1/2 Cup / 125 ml 1/4 tsp /1.25 g

Preparation

Separate the eggs. Find something else to do with the egg whites!

All measurements, except the egg yolks are approximate.

I use the "Yup! That looks about right method!" for this.

Put everything into the blender. Mix thoroughly.

Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
