Rainy Day Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Preparation

  1. Grease 8x8x2 inch pan.
  2. Over medium heat dissolve sugar in milk. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate & marshmallows until melted. Stir until thickened.
  4. Pour into greased pan. Cool at room temperature.
