Corn Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup masa harina
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup hot water

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients together and mix well. When ingredients come together continue stirring until well mixed. Cover with damp paper towel and then plastic wrap. Let rest for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Divide into appropriate size 8 or 10. I use a scale to make equal sizes.
