Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp milk, or buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp sweet/hot mustard (plain yellow with a pinch of sugar works too)
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup lightly pressed flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, refrigerate and allow 15+ minutes before using to achieve best flavor.
