Ingredients

Dough

  • 3-3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 package yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm tap water
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 egg

Filling

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup softened butter

Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar:

Method

Rolls

  1. In large bowl blend 1 1/2 cup flour and next six ingredients.
  2. Beat 3 minutes then stir in remaining flour. Knead on flour surface for 1 minute.
  3. Roll out dough and let stand while prepping filling.

Filling

  1. Mix together and spread over dough. Roll tightly together seal edges. Cut into 1" slices and place in greased pan. Let stand while prep topping.

Topping

  1. Mix together until thickened and pour over top of rolls. Cover and let rise to your liking.
