Good to Know
On my birthday in 1998 a friend took me to my first cooking class. It was at Cooks Pots & Tabletops in Eugene. It was truly a wondrous experience. Served with the Salmon Patties was this delightful tartar sauce that to this day has been my goto. You can adjust any of the ingredients and you may want to add a pinch of salt, though the capers are salty enough for me. I normally use the regular mustard, sans sugar, instead of the hot/sweet kind and it is still yummy.
