Ingredients
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 ounces blue cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 ounce crumbled blue cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients except crumbled blue cheese well with immersion blender or food processor.
- Add crumbled blue cheese and combine well.
- Taste for seasoning.
