Cranberry Jello Salad | Peri's Place For Recipes


  • One package of lemon jello (could use lime)
  • 1 Cup ground raw cranberries
  • 1 unpeeled, cored Apple, ground
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 Cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 chopped walnuts


  1. Prepare the jello according to package. Allow to set half way.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and refrigerate until completely set.

Good to Know

This is originally from mom's Better Homes and Garden Red Checked cookbook.

The original calls for using one cup of pineapple syrup in the jello (replace one cup of water) but no pineapple in the mix.

Put the mix in molds, then serve on a pineapple ring with a side of mayonnaise. MAYONNAISE!!!
