Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Bourbon

1 oz Rhubarb Som (drinking vinegar)

1 dash rhubarb bitters

3/4 oz Aperol

3/4 oz lemon juice

Method

Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice, shake well.

Strain into a glass with fresh ice cubes.
