  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup / 68 g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp / 44 ml Cream
  • 1/2  cup / 125 ml Brandy or Cognac
  • 1/4 tsp / 1.25 g Vanilla


  1. Separate the eggs. Find something else to do with the egg whites!
  2. All measurements, except the egg yolks are approximate.
  3. I use the "Yup! That looks about right method!" for this.
  4. Put everything into the blender. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

Good to Know

* You can use cream, half and half or milk.

For the last ten years or so, I have just used 2% milk, which we happened to have on hand. Does that make it Low-Cal?

Also, this needs to be refrigerated in a sealed container, but it will last for months.

And it is yummy anytime!
