Ingredients
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1/3 cup / 68 g Sugar
- 3 tbsp / 44 ml Cream
- 1/2 cup / 125 ml Brandy or Cognac
- 1/4 tsp / 1.25 g Vanilla
Method
- Separate the eggs. Find something else to do with the egg whites!
- All measurements, except the egg yolks are approximate.
- I use the "Yup! That looks about right method!" for this.
- Put everything into the blender. Mix thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
Good to Know
* You can use cream, half and half or milk.
For the last ten years or so, I have just used 2% milk, which we happened to have on hand. Does that make it Low-Cal?
Also, this needs to be refrigerated in a sealed container, but it will last for months.
And it is yummy anytime!
