Ingredients
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp orange liquor
Method
- Mix all together, chill a minimum of 4 hours.
- Freeze in small table top ice cream maker until set.
- Place in freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours more.
Good to Know
A nice presentation of this sorbet is using the half orange cups that you make when you squeeze the sorbet. Freeze them individually and serve the sorbet inside of them.
