Orange Sorbet | Peri's Place For Recipes


  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp orange liquor


  1. Mix all together, chill a minimum of 4 hours.
  2. Freeze in small table top ice cream maker until set.
  3. Place in freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours more.

Good to Know

A nice presentation of this sorbet is using the half orange cups that you make when you squeeze the sorbet. Freeze them individually and serve the sorbet inside of them.
