Goopy Rolls | Peri's Place For Recipes

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
enough cinnamon to your liking
1 batch of 60 minute roll dough
1 can of milk

Method

Take small balls of dough, stretch out and roll in sugar and cinnamon and then twist into buns. Place in baking pan and let rise until doubled.

Place rolls in oven and bake using 60 Minute Roll baking instructions.  When they have baked half way pour goopy syrup over

Rolls and continue baking until done.  Nicely browned.

Cook sugar and cinnamon with canned milk until syrup stage maybe 15 minutes

You can judge how sweet you want the syrup to be by tasting when it is cooking.

Good to Know

You may not need to use the entire can of milk to make the syrup. Make sure to place a pan under the baking dish in case the goopy bubble over and out.
