Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 1/3 cups steel cut oats
- pinch of salt
Method
- Bring water & salt to a boil.
- Add oats, simmer for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes take pan off heat and allow oats to cool in the pan.
- If prepping ahead for the week, divide oats into 6 containers measuring out 3/4 cup for each serving.
Good to Know
These oats reheat really well.
