Mix all ingredients until smooth. Grease a small cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and line with wax paper, making sure that the edges are lined also. Pour batter and spread evenly. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
Sprinkle powdered sugar onto a thin cotton towel, flip the cake onto towel and carefully peel wax paper off of cake so as to not ruin the cake. Roll cake in towel and let cool 1 1/2 hours.
Filling:
Mix all ingredients together until very smooth and creamy.
Assembly
When cake is cool, unroll cake onto aluminium foil which has been sprinkled with powdered sugar. Spread filling evenly over cake and then roll up and wrap with the aluminium foil. You might want to sprinkle cake with powdered sugar so it won't stick to the aluminium foil. Freeze the roll for 1 hour, and then slice into 3/4 to 1 inch slices.
