Ingredients
Dough
- 3-3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 package yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm tap water
- 2 tbsp butter softened
- 1 egg
Filling
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup softened butter
Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup brown sugar:
Method
Rolls
- In large bowl blend 1 1/2 cup flour and next six ingredients.
- Beat 3 minutes then stir in remaining flour. Knead on flour surface for 1 minute.
- Roll out dough and let stand while prepping filling.
Filling
- Mix together and spread over dough. Roll tightly together seal edges. Cut into 1" slices and place in greased pan. Let stand while prep topping.
Topping
- Mix together until thickened and pour over top of rolls. Cover and let rise to your liking.
