Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 1/3 cups steel cut oats
  • pinch of salt

Method

  1. Bring water & salt to a boil.
  2. Add oats, simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. After 20 minutes take pan off heat and allow oats to cool in the pan.
  4. If prepping ahead for the week, divide oats into 6 containers measuring out 3/4 cup for each serving.

Good to Know

These oats reheat really well.
