- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 cups whipping cream
- Place softened cream cheese, sugar, and extracts into mixing bowl.
- Using the whisk attachment mix well to combine.
- With the mixer running slowly, add whipping cream to the cream cheese mixture.
- When the cream has been incorporated into the cream cheese, increase the speed of the mixer and mix until cream holds a stiff peak.
- Frost your cake.
