Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting


  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 cups whipping cream


  1. Place softened cream cheese, sugar, and extracts into mixing bowl.
  2. Using the whisk attachment mix well to combine.
  3. With the mixer running slowly, add whipping cream to the cream cheese mixture.  
  4. When the cream has been incorporated into the cream cheese, increase the speed of the mixer and mix until cream holds a stiff peak.
  5. Frost your cake.
